Our ethos from day one has been 'good for you, good for the Earth.' It is our responsibility to protect both people and the planet. Climate justice doesn't occur without equal justice for all people and in order to create a healthier future means equality, civil rights, and empowered communities for all.

The scope of our impact approach has been on organisations and causes that care for the planet and its inhabitants. From day one this has included supporting Indigenous communities around the globe and are ever grateful for their wealth of environmental knowledge which dates back Millennia. We will continue to respond to global emergencies and injustices happening to marginalized and vulnerable communities. We will continue to get involved where it impacts people and lives, as we stand for the future of the planet and humankind.

We are 100% committed to hiring a truly diverse workforce into all levels of the company. As a young brand - our workforce is still small. A large percentage of our team is currently freelance and contracted and includes a very diverse representation of nationalities, religions and cultures. 

Our practice in ally-ship has just begun, and we will continue to share the work we are doing as we go.
