ST. ROSE currently ships to the continental United States and Australia. We offer free ground shipping for all orders within the continental United States over $150.00 (excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, and Hawaii). We are not currently fulfilling orders to Canada or other international geographies.

Please note, we are currently not able to deliver shipments to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses, military states or U.S territories.
Our goal is to ship orders within 3 - 7 business days of the day the order is placed. We must ship perfume via ground transport according to the law. Shipping can take 1-7 days with our carrier, UPS (usually 1-2 days within NY). We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays, lost packages or stolen merchandise. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it. Please email email@example.com with any additional questions regarding shipping and delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 14 business days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and referencing your order number. Samples and Discovery Sets are not eligible for return. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Once the product is received we will refund the product purchase amount minus a restocking fee of $15. The customer is responsible for the costs of delivery and return shipping. We recommend that Customers keep tracking/proof of return shipment and ST. ROSE accepts no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced and items lost in transit back to ST. ROSE will not be compensated for. Only merchandise received by the ST. ROSE Returns Department will be eligible for a refund. Returned merchandise must be received no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Customer was provided with their RMA number.
If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 14-day period following delivery, please take a photo of the issue in question and send it with your order number and description to email@example.com and we will happily proceed to resolve the issue.
To prevent receiving a fragrance that you simply don’t like, we suggest you order one of our Discovery Sets or individual samples first so you can test each scent prior to purchasing a full size bottle.
Items purchased online at ST-ROSE.com will not be accepted in retail store or pop-up locations or any third-party locations carrying ST. ROSE merchandise. Products that were not purchased on the Website or through the Customer Service Centre may NOT be returned to the ST. ROSE Returns Department.
