RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 14 days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailing connect@st-rose.com and referencing your order number.

Please note: Our Perfumed Oils with roll-on applicators, Samples and Discovery Sets are not eligible for return.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return shipment for eligible products is received, we will examine the package prior to determining if a refund is possible. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. If in resealable condition, refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original credit card.

If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 90-day period following delivery, please take a photo of your issue and send it with your order number and explanation to connect@st-rose.com.
